Second Call for Participation in the 6th International Graphic Biennale 2024

We are pleased to announce the Second Call for participation in the 6th edition of the International Graphic Biennale 2024, organized by the Association of Artists of Macedonia. In the 12 years, Graphic Biennale has showcased prints of exceptional quality and visual excellence.
We believe that continuous support of the involvement of professional visual artists in the Biennale significantly contributes to enhancing creative potential, the finest contemporary printing styles and techniques worldwide.

DLUM 2024 International Graphic Biennale
Overview
The International Graphic Biennale of DLUM is a prominent event in the contemporary graphic art scene. Its sixth edition will be an online exhibition on DLUM’s Facebook/Instagram page from September 15th to September 30th, 2024.
Participation Guidelines
The Biennale is open to all artists worldwide, without restrictions on age or nationality. Interested artists should:
- Complete the participation form.
- Submit up to 2 high-resolution graphic images (300 dpi) in PDF or JPG format, with file names including the artist’s name, title, technique, dimensions, and year of creation.
- Non-DLUM members must also submit a short biography (up to 100 words).
Accepted Techniques
Drypoint, Etching, Aquatint, Linocut, Woodcut, Intaglio, Letterpress, Lithography, Silkscreen, Digital graphics
Unacceptable Techniques
Photography, Monotypѕ, Photocopy, Frottage
Additional Information
There are no size limitations for digitally submitted works. All submitted works must have been created in 2023 or 2024.
Participation is free. All participants must agree to the biennale’s rules.
Submission
Submit the form, images, and biography (for non-members) to [email protected]m by September 10, 2024.
Late submissions will not be considered. The email subject line should read: „For International Graphic Biennale, DLUM 2024.“
Selection Process
A jury of graphic artists from DLUM’s Art Council, the Board of Directors, and guest professionals will select and evaluate the submissions. Their decisions are final. Selected artists will be notified by email by September 12, 2024, and the participant list will be published on DLUM’s Facebook/ Instagram page.
Awards
Two prizes will be awarded: Plaques and Certificates of Participation for all participants.
Promotional Material
Participants grant the biennale organizers the right to use their works in all Biennale publications. Selected artists will receive an electronic catalog, and awarded works will be featured on DLUM’s Facebook page.
Exhibition Opening
The exhibition will be showcased on DLUM’s Facebook page from September 15-30, 2024, with daily updates.
