🎨 OPEN CALL: “The Eight Art Encounters” (Belgrade, 2026) 🎨
We invite all professional and self-taught fine artists to apply for this year’s International Fine Arts Exhibition!
📍 Location: “The House of King Peter I” Cultural Center, Vase Pelagića 40, Belgrade, Serbia
📅 Exhibition Dates: October 21–31, 2026
⏱️ Application Deadline: September 15, 2026
📋 REQUIREMENTS & CATEGORIES
- Main Exhibition (Up to 4 artworks)
- Mediums: All fine art techniques (painting, drawing, prints, sculpture, photography, collage…)
- Theme: Open (artwork must not be previously shown at Art Encounters)
- Size Limits: 2D up to 100 cm (largest side) | 3D up to 50x50x50 cm
- Miniature Exhibition (Up to 4 artworks)
- Size Limits: Maximum 15 cm for both 2D and 3D works
- Artists can apply to both categories simultaneously (up to 8 artworks in total).
⚠️ Note: All artworks must be professionally prepared for display (no clip frames).

Submission Checklist:
- Completed entry form
- High-quality photos of your artwork (300 dpi, JPG, file size 800MB–2GB)
- For 3D works, send 3–4 photos from different angles.

🗓️ KEY DATES (2026)
- ⏳ Sept 15: Application deadline
- 📬 Sept 20: Selection results announced (via e-mail)
- 💳 Sept 30: Entry fee payment deadline
- 📦 Oct 10: Delivery deadline for artworks sent by post
- 🤝 Oct 17 (10 AM–2 PM): In-person artwork delivery (House of King Peter I)
- 🍾 Oct 21 (7 PM): Grand Opening Ceremony
💰 REGISTRATION FEES (Selected Artists Only)
- Artists from Serbia: 2000 RSD (Students: 1200 RSD)
- International Artists: 25 € (Export documentation from Serbia can be provided for an additional 20 €).
- The fee covers administrative costs and a free printed full-color exhibition catalogue.
- Payment Methods: PostNet (Serbia) or Western Union (International).
⚖️ LEGAL, COPYRIGHT & LIABILITY
- Copyright: Artists retain full intellectual property. By applying, you grant a worldwide, timeless license to reproduce images of your artwork for promotional purposes (catalogue, marketing, web).
- Liability: The cultural center secures artworks on display. Organizers are not liable for damage or loss during transit or prior to display.
- Shipping: Artists cover all round-trip delivery costs, customs, and insurance.
- Privacy: Personal data is secure and used solely for exhibition administration.
- Agreement: Submitting an entry implies full consent to these terms. Organizers’ decisions are final.
