Fourth International Competition for Historical Painting
Dear Artists from Serbia,
On behalf of the Historical Park of Bulgaria (https://ipark.bg/en-US/)
I’d like to inform you that the Fourth International Competition for
Historical Painting has been already announced. This year’s theme is
“Peasant Uprising In The World”. One of the goals of the competition is
to increase the interest to the history and culture, and the other one
is to detect, to encourage and to support talented artists in their
creative development.
The Historical Park gives the opportunity for Bulgarian and foreign
artists to perform their unique talents. All participants profit from
the exhibition. It provides an excellent opportunity their paintings to
be noticed, estimated and purchased by art collectors or by connoisseurs
of valuable paintings.
The prize fund for the winners is:
– 1st place BGN 10,000 (EUR 5,000),
– 2nd place BGN 3,000 (EUR 1,500),
– 3rd place BGN 2,000 (EUR 1,000).
Painters will get certificates for their participation.
So, dear Serbian artists, send your paintings to the Historical Park by
April 25th, 2023. The recommended minimum size of the canvas is 70×100
cm. The paintings should be done with oils, acrylic, watercolors or
graphics (but not computer graphics). The contest will take place from
1st to 31st May, and the results will be announced on 1st June, 2023.
The exhibition will run from 1st May to 4th September, 2023.
